Thank you for your interest in becoming a Day Five retailer.

To qualify as a wholesale retailer with Day Five Art:

Retailer must own a full-time brick and mortar retail store-front with business hours open to the public. 

Provide a copy of your resale tax certificate.

Sign agreement provided by Day Five Art.

All applications will be reviewed within 24 hours then a short introduction and interview call will be placed by one of the owners. Once approved, a new customer packet will be sent with login credentials.
