A lonely bird is described in the English dictionary as someone who is unhappy because they are alone or do not have anyone they can talk to. But that isn’t so for the Christian. We always have a Father in heaven who sits on his throne with his eyes roaming the earth and his ears ready to hear the prayers of his children. So as believers in Christ we can never truly be lonely birds. Instead, we are alone with Jesus.
